Bukit Kiara Juara Stadium

The Bukit Kiara Juara Stadium was the venue for netball events during the Kuala Lumpur ’98 – XVI Commonwealth Games.

With a seating capacity for 1,000 spectators, the Stadium is fully equipped with modern facilities for the comfort of officials, athletes, media personnel and spectators.   Its built-up area of 12,010 sq m includes changing rooms and lounges in the basement.  The top floor is used for administration and media.

The arena is equipped with a video-matrix full colour scoreboards and an alpha-numeric electronic scoreboard to display scores of matches in progress.  Scoring is undertaken by way of data entry into a computerised system and is used as a back-up to the standard manual system.

Getting there:

You can catch a the Intrakota bus number 7A from the Klang bus stand in KL. The bus departs on hourly intervals. You can also take the KTM commuter to the MIDVALLEY station and take a short taxi ride here. You will need to take a taxi to the studium from both these locations.
